Usage Agreement

Account Policies:

1. Your login is for your personal use! You are not permitted to give your password to anyone else. This includes a student, spouse, and fellow teacher.
2. By signing this form, you acknowledge that your account and all its associated files may be deleted if the account has not been accessed for a period of six (6) months.
3. Your password must be changed at least every three (3) months. If you think your password has been compromised, you must contact the ASPIRE Systems Administrator immediately.
4. Your usage of Internet is primarily for educational and/or research purposes. You will limit your direct use of Internet to services that UAH authorizes and will not add any new services without prior permission from the Systems Administrator.
5. Do not attempt to access files owned by other users without specific permission.
6. You must not engage in any illegal or legally questionable activities such as cracking or transmitting unapproved copyrighted material (i.e., software, images, credit card numbers, password files, et cetera).

If you are unsure about any of the account policies, we are always happy to answer any questions you may have!

Penalties:

     Any breach of this agreement could result in punitive action, including but not limited to, loss of computer privileges, deletion of your account, applicable student disciplinary action, and/or referral to local law enforcement or police authority.

Agreement:

     I understand that my account is not a guaranteed service. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own backups, and I will not hold UAH liable for any damages or losses I incur through the use or lack of use of this account. My signature means I fully understand and agree to all terms explained in this agreement.
